Written Specialist Second Opinion: $399

You later choose:

China Treatment Coordination: $1,500

Your previously paid Second Opinion fee is credited:

$1,500 − $399 = $1,101

You would therefore pay only $1,101 in additional HealSino coordination fees.

Important

The Second Opinion credit applies only to eligible HealSino treatment coordination service fees.

It does not reduce or cover:

• Hospital charges

• Physician fees

• Diagnostic tests

• Medicines

• Surgery

• CAR-T or other therapies

• Hospitalization

• Accommodation

• Transportation

• Other third-party medical or travel expenses

The applicable credit and final coordination fee will be confirmed in writing before you proceed.

In Simple Terms

If you later choose to receive treatment in China through HealSino, your Second Opinion fee is deducted from your HealSino treatment coordination package fee.

HealSino does not charge for:

• Initial inquiry

• Basic case review

• Medical record organization

• Identification of missing medical documents

• Preliminary treatment-route discussion

• Preliminary hospital and specialist matching

• Initial service quotation

You only pay when you choose to proceed with a professional medical opinion, direct specialist communication or treatment coordination.

HealSino service fees are separate from medical charges unless specifically stated otherwise.

Hospital charges may include:

• Specialist consultation

• Laboratory testing

• Pathology

• CT, MRI and PET-CT

• Medicines

• Chemotherapy

• Immunotherapy

• Radiotherapy

• Surgery

• CAR-T or other cellular therapies
