We Have Been There

HealSino grew from our own experience of searching for medical help—facing uncertainty, making difficult decisions and knowing that time could matter.

We wanted to use what we learned, and the connections we built, to help others in the same position. We understand that finding the right care may represent a chance at survival.

The Right Doctor Makes a Difference

Our most important lesson is that choosing the right doctor is central to finding an appropriate treatment path. Expertise varies, even within the same hospital or specialty.

We prioritize leading specialists and professors with extensive experience in the patient’s condition. Many also dedicate themselves to medical research, participate in the latest clinical studies and contribute to the development of new treatment approaches.

Some of the professors we help patients access encounter more than 100 patient cases a day, combining substantial clinical exposure with active research involvement.

The right match depends on the individual case—not reputation alone. Access to a research-active specialist can help patients understand emerging options, while clinical trial participation remains subject to eligibility assessment.

HealSino does not mark up hospital charges, take a percentage of treatment spending or accept commissions tied to your medical bill. Our coordination fees are disclosed separately.

Chinese public hospitals publish established fee schedules. Charges follow applicable pricing standards, while the total depends on the care actually provided.

We do not use private-hospital referrals to inflate your bill for our benefit. You should know who receives each payment and what it covers.

China’s most sought-after specialists can be extremely difficult to reach through ordinary appointment channels. Our direct professional connections, appointment-access permissions and coordination arrangements help make that expertise accessible.

For eligible cases with complete records, appointments can sometimes be arranged within 24 hours, subject to specialist availability. We can also coordinate a direct video consultation with a professional medical interpreter on-site alongside the physician.

Every match considers the patient’s diagnosis, previous treatment, urgency, specific questions and budget. When finances are limited, we help explore more cost-effective options for the treating physician’s consideration.

Our aim is to save valuable time and avoid unnecessary detours.

Our team includes colleagues who returned to China after studying at Ivy League institutions. We also collaborate with healthcare professionals currently working in the United States, with personnel based in the United States, mainland China and Hong Kong.

Together, we support communication across languages, locations and healthcare systems. Medical assessments and treatment decisions remain with the responsible licensed physicians and medical institutions.
